Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment and Payment:

1. To secure a place on the course, a non-refundable deposit of $499 (£499) is required at the time of enrollment.
2. The total course cost is £2499, which is payable in full before the course start date.
3. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any other method specified by Code X Spaces.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

1. If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment within 14 days of the course start date, they may do so at no extra cost, and only the non-refundable deposit of £499 will be retained by Code X Spaces.
2. Cancellations made after the 14-day period will result in the forfeiture of the full course fee.
3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request.

3. Course Schedule and Attendance:

1. Code X Spaces reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule, including dates, times, and content, at its discretion.
2. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and complete assigned coursework in a timely manner.
3. Any absences or delays in coursework submission must be communicated to Code X Spaces in advance.

4. Code of Conduct:

1. Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the course.
2. Any disruptive behavior or violation of academy policies may result in disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion from the course.

5. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality:

1. All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, presentations, and software, are the intellectual property of Code X Spaces and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior consent.
2. Students are expected to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information or trade secrets disclosed during the course.

6. Liability and Disclaimer:

1. Code X Spaces is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by students during the course, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
2. Code X Spaces makes no guarantees regarding the employment or career prospects of students upon completion of the course.

7. Governing Law:

1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By enrolling in the software development training course at Code X Spaces, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
